Directions for Use

  1. Clean Hands: Wash and dry your hands thoroughly before handling the strips.
  2. Insert Strip: Remove a strip from the vial and immediately close the lid tightly. Insert the grey square end of the strip into the meter.
  3. Obtain Blood: Use your lancing device to get a small blood drop from your fingertip.
  4. Test: Touch the tip of the test strip to the blood drop. The strip will draw the blood in and the meter will beep.
  5. Read: The meter will count down for 5 seconds and display your glucose reading.

  • Meter Compatibility: Do not use these strips with Contour Next, Contour TS, or Accu-Chek meters; they are specifically keyed for the Contour Plus series.
