Directions for Use

  • Preparation: Ensure the skin is clean, dry, and free from oils or lotions.
  • Application: Tear open the plastic pouch only when ready to use. Peel off the protective film and apply the adhesive side directly to the skin over the painful area.
  • Delicate/Aging Skin: To prevent irritation, apply the adhesive side of the patch to the inside of your clothing rather than directly onto the skin.
  • Activation: The patch will reach its therapeutic temperature within 5 to 10 minutes.
  • Removal: Slowly and gently peel off the patch after use and dispose of it in normal household waste.
