  • Children 6 to 12 years: Take 5 ml every 4 to 6 hours. Do not exceed 30 ml (12 mg) in 24 hours.
  • Children 2 to 6 years: Take 2.5 ml every 4 to 6 hours. Do not exceed 15 ml (6 mg) in 24 hours.
  • Note: Not recommended for children under 2 years of age. Always use a proper medicine measure or syringe to ensure the correct dose.
