Warnings
Mentat may enhance the effect of of general anethesia. Therefore, a brief washout period of a week or two is recommended prior to surgery performed under general anesthesia.

Directions
Take 2 tablets twice a day. Higher dosage is required in severe and chronic conditions.
Store in a cool dry place, away from direct sunlight.
