DIRECTIONS FOR USE

  • Week One - You need to start FEMOLENE mylife ADULT on the first day of menstruation. Start by taking two purple capsules daily for the first week in the morning after breakfast
  • Week Two - Take two grey capsules for the next two weeks, in the morning after breakfast
  • Week Three - Finish off the pack with the pink capsule strip. Take two pink capsules in the morning after breakfast.
