Description
Bioavailable Magnesium source. Increased absorption. Added Vitamin C and FOS. Sugar-free. Magnesium is an essential mineral that is important to the maintenance of good health.
Magnesium contributes to normal energy metabolism & protein synthesis, nerve and muscle function, a reduction of tiredness and fatigue, electrolyte balance, and assists in calcium and potassium uptake, playing a role in bone formation. Magnesium deficiency may be caused by stress, exercise, diet, smoking and consumption of alcohol.
Dosage & Direction for use
Take 1 tablet daily, unless directed differently by your healthcare provider.
Dissolve in a glass of water.

Magnesium supplements may cause diarrhoea or loose stools, and to a lesser extent cramping.
Reduce dosage or discontinue use if this becomes severe. With most individuals the increased absorption rate and FOS content of Biogen Magnesium Fizzy will however limit such side-effects.
