Description
Conjugated Linoleic Acid. Biogen CLA provides a free fatty acid mixture high in potent isomers of conjugated linoleic acid (CLA). These isomers mainly consist of cis-9, trans-11 and trans-10, cis-12 in a 50:50 ratio.
Dosage & Direction for use
Recommended dosage: Take 1-2 softgels 3 times daily after meals.
For the first 4-6 weeks take a minimum of 5 softgels per day.
Thereafter maintain with a maximum of 3 softgels daily.
Only effective when combined with a balanced, energy-restricted diet and regular exercise.

Do not use if you are pregnant / lactating, under the age of 18, or if you have impaired liver function.
Diabetics/hypoglycaemic individuals should take note that CLA may reduce blood sugar levels – medication should be adjusted accordingly.
