Specifications: Wrap the cuff around your arm, sit upright in a chair with correct posture, and press the start button. The LCD display will show date, time, and current user. Set the user switch to A or B, corresponding to User A or User B symbols on the display. Air pressure will automatically inflate to the required level and begin measurement. Maintain stillness and avoid talking during measurement with legs uncrossed and feet flat on the floor. Once pulse is detected, the heart rate symbol flashes, followed by displaying results and an AHA indicator arrow. Turn off the device by pressing the start button or it will automatically power down after 1 minute of inactivity.
