Returns and Refunds (3)

Refunds are issued once returned medications are received and verified. Refunds are processed to the original payment method used for the purchase. Read more about our refund policy here.

We accept returns for unused medications within a specified period (usually 30 days) from the date of delivery. Click here to view our full refund policy. Please contact customer support for return instructions.

Contact our customer support team immediately with details and photos of the damage or missing items. We will arrange for a replacement or issue a refund as necessary.
