Antipeol Ointment To Promote Healing 37g is an astringent, bacteriostatic and anti fungal ointment used to treat skin ailments such as chronic ulcers, dandruff, eczema, psoriasis, parasitic skin diseases and other chronic skin diseases.
Detailed Description:
Each 10 mg ointment contains; zinc oxide 2 mg; salicylic acid 0.01 mg; lchthammol 0.093 mg contains urea. Adcock Ingram Limited. www.adcock.com. 37g.
Pharmacological classification
A 13.8 Dermatological preparations. Keratolytics. Pharmacological action: Astringent, bacteriostatic, fungicidal and keratolytic actions.
Indications
Chronic ulcers, dandruff, eczema, psoriasis, parasitic skin diseases and chronic skin diseases. Identification: Smooth, beige coloured, unctuous ointment with a lavender odour.
Presentation
18 g, 37 g and 93 g aluminium ointment tubes.
Usage instructions:
Directions for use: apply the ointment first around and then on the affected area. Renew applications frequently after removing the old ointment with clean cotton wool or lint.
