  • Pectrolyte Suspension works by absorbing excess fluid and reducing intestinal movement; binding substances in the intestine and adding bulk to the stools; works for nerve conduction, muscle contraction, kidney function and heart beating; increasing the blood volume; possessing the sodium chloride content; neutralizing the lactic acid present in the body;

Pectrolyte Suspension improves the patient's condition by performing the following functions:

  • Absorbing excess fluid and reducing intestinal movement.
  • Binding substances in the intestine and adding bulk to the stools.
  • Works for nerve conduction, muscle contraction, kidney function and heart beating.
  • Increasing the blood volume; possessing the sodium chloride content.
  • Neutralizing the lactic acid present in the body.


Pectrolyte Suspension - Composition and Active Ingredients


Pectrolyte Suspension is composed of the following active ingredients (salts)

  • Chlorodyne - 2Ml/100Ml
  • Kaolin - 20Ml
  • Pectin - 0.4Ml
  • Potassium Chloride - 0.14Ml
  • Sodium Chloride - 0.26Ml
  • Sodium Lactate - 0.29Ml


Pectrolyte Suspension - Side-effects

Pectrolyte Suspension - Precautions & How to Use


Before using Pectrolyte Suspension, inform your doctor about your current list of medications, over the counter products (e.g. vitamins, herbal supplements, etc.), allergies, pre-existing diseases, and current health conditions (e.g. pregnancy, upcoming surgery, etc.).   • Ascorbic acid
  • Aspirin
  • Chlorpheniramine
  • Cholecalciferol
  • Clindamycin


Pectrolyte Suspension - Contraindications


Hypersensitivity to Pectrolyte Suspension is a contraindication. In addition, Pectrolyte Suspension should not be used if you have the following conditions:

  • AV Block
  • Allergic reactions
  • Allergic to it or any ingredient
  • Concomitant digitalis therapy
  • Congestive heart failure
  • Extracellular hyperhydration
